Everything that touches product uses food-grade board and food-safe inks. For high-butter and fried items we specify grease-resistant coatings rather than plastic liners where possible, so the box still recycles. Corrugated adds insulation for warm items and rigidity for heavier cakes.

Condensation is the other quiet problem. Warm product in a sealed box sweats and softens the board. Vent holes, sized and placed properly, solve it without letting the item dry out.
