Serum droppers, airless pumps, cream jars, foundation bottles, palettes and lip products all behave differently inside a carton. Tall, narrow items need a reverse tuck with a stable base. Palettes need a shallow rigid tray. Pumps need extra headroom so the actuator never presses the top flap open in a case.

We build the dieline from your filled component, including the cap and any shrink band, so the pack looks intentional rather than loose on shelf.

Ingredient Panels, Symbols and Multi-Market Copy

Cosmetic cartons carry INCI ingredient lists, period-after-opening symbols, net content, responsible-person details and often two or three languages. That is a typography problem before it is a design problem. We set the back panel on a proper grid, hold minimum type sizes that survive the press, and reserve space for batch coding so nothing has to be squeezed later.

Finishes That Photograph as Well as They Feel

Beauty sells on imagery, so finishes have to survive a camera. Soft-touch matte with foil detailing is the reliable premium combination. Pearlescent and metallised board suit colour cosmetics. Spot UV on a pattern gives depth without changing the silhouette. Holographic foil works for younger colour lines but needs careful proofing, which we do before the run.

Clean beauty brands increasingly want the opposite: uncoated recycled board, soy inks, no lamination, and a debossed logo. That reads as considered rather than cheap when the board weight is right.
