Board is 350gsm SBS, which holds a 30ml glass dropper bottle upright without the sides bowing. The bright white face keeps clinical brand palettes clean, and Pantone matching keeps your accent colour identical across every batch.

Where a claim needs to stand out, a spot UV or a small foil block does more than a bigger font. It draws the eye to the percentage without turning the panel into noise.

Printing and Finishing Choices for Serum Boxes

Printing is offset for large runs and digital for short ones, both in CMYK with Pantone matching when a brand colour has to be exact. Inside printing costs little and reads as a real detail at unboxing.

On top of that: matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV, hot foil in gold, silver, rose gold or matte black, embossing and debossing. Two finishes usually do more than four - a soft-touch base with a foil logo is the combination most brands settle on.
