How Fast Your Packaging Reaches You

Most standard orders for custom packaging boxes are printed, finished, quality-checked and dispatched within 12 to 16 business days from the moment you approve your digital proof. That window covers the full production cycle — printing, lamination, die-cutting, folding, gluing and final packing — not just the time a courier spends on the road.

If your project is urgent, we offer expedited and rush lanes that can cut the production window down to 4–5 business days. We also run a sample and prototype service that ships white or printed mock-ups in 2–3 business days, which is ideal when you need to test fit, color or structure before committing to a full run.

Your turnaround clock starts the next business day after you approve the proof in writing. From there, your job moves through prepress, plate or digital setup, printing, finishing and bindery. Every stage has a quality checkpoint, so issues are caught before the boxes are bundled and palletised.

We ship most folding cartons and mailer boxes flat, bundled and shrink-wrapped to keep freight costs low and reduce the chance of in-transit damage. Rigid gift boxes and larger wholesale orders are palletised and strapped for safe handling. Once your order leaves our facility, you receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.

Orders over $750 shipped within the continental US qualify for free ground shipping. For smaller orders, freight is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Pallet quantities receive a flat-rate freight quote, and international orders are sent by air or sea to more than 40 countries.

We also support split shipments, blind drop-shipping to your 3PL or fulfilment partner, and scheduled-release programs that let you print once and draw stock down over several months. Every shipment we dispatch is insured, because your custom printed boxes should arrive in the same condition they left our floor.

The easiest way to protect your deadline is to share it with us at the enquiry stage, not after the proof. Our team can reverse-engineer the schedule, recommend the right service level and hold a production slot if needed. During peak seasons such as Q4, adding a few extra days to the standard 12–16 day window is wise, especially for large wholesale box orders.
