We measure the vessel including the lid knob and any dust cover, then build in the small clearance glass needs so the jar never contacts the board edge. That single detail removes most breakage claims.

Colour discipline matters for a range. When a brand runs eight scents, Pantone-matched panels keep the family recognisable while each fragrance still owns its shade across every reorder.

Candle buyers judge weight and texture. Soft-touch lamination gives a suede feel that suits home fragrance. Gold or copper foil on a monogram catches warm light the way a flame does. A blind emboss on uncoated board is a quieter, very effective option for minimal brands. Spot UV over matte works well for botanical illustrations.
