The standard board is 350gsm SBS with a bright white face that holds fine type and soft brand colours without dulling them. If your labels use a specific Pantone, we match it on press rather than approximating it in CMYK, which matters when the carton has to sit next to the jar label on a shelf.

Most brands run a straight tuck end for hand packing. If you fill at speed we can switch to an auto-bottom, which pops open and locks the base in one motion and saves a few seconds on every unit. Both come flat, so storage stays cheap between runs.

Every job includes a free dieline, a digital layout proof and a printed sample of your artwork on the real board before we run production. Minimum order is 100 cartons and production is 8 to 10 business days after you approve the proof.
