Load is the thing most designs get wrong. We calculate the filled weight and pick a board grade and lock design that keeps the front lip from bowing after two days on a counter, which is when cheap displays start looking abandoned.

A display has to be readable across an aisle and detailed enough to close the sale in the hand. We treat the header card as a poster — short benefit line, strong contrast, brand mark high — and keep the detail, pricing and product copy on the body panels where a shopper is already leaning in.

Litho-laminated corrugated gives photographic quality for beauty, food and supplement displays. Direct flexo on kraft is the sensible route for volume promotions where cost per unit matters more than gloss.

Retail Compliance and Shipping Reality

Chains often specify footprint, header height and shelf-ready cut lines. Send us the retailer's spec sheet and we build to it, so your display is not rejected at the depot. If a display ships pre-filled, we design the outer to protect the header card, which is the part that always gets crushed.

Recycled and FSC-certified corrugated is available across every display format, with water-based inks and no lamination when the retailer wants a fully recyclable unit at end of promotion.
