The window is PET film fitted behind a die-cut aperture in the front panel. On a litho-laminated face the aperture edge stays clean and does not show flute lines, which is what separates a retail-grade unit from a cheap one.

For higher value stock we can add a hinged rear door with a tab lock, so the unit can be restocked quickly but is not an open shelf for anyone leaning over the counter.
