A display tray is the cheapest way to get branded presence on a counter, because it is often the same box the product shipped in. The tray arrives loaded, the lid tears away on a perforated line and what is left stands as a display with printed sides.

That tear line is where these succeed or fail. Cut it too deep and cases split in transit, too shallow and staff attack it with a knife and shred the printed panel. We set the perforation to the board grade and run a physical open test on the sample before production.

Print the inside face as well as the outside. Once the lid is off, the inside of the front wall is at eye height on a counter, and most brands leave it blank by accident.
