Most damage claims on CBD tincture packaging come from one thing — a bottle moving inside a box that is a few millimetres too wide. We start from your bottle's real height, diameter and neck size, then build the dieline around it. 10ml, 15ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml amber, cobalt or clear glass all get their own measured fit, and a dropper or pipette cap is measured into the depth so the lid never bulges.

For thinner board we add a locking tuck end. For heavier multi-bottle sets we move to a corrugated mailer with a fitted insert. If you ship a bottle with a measuring spoon, leaflet or child-resistant cap, the insert is cut to hold each piece in its own seat so nothing rattles in transit.
