A window lets buyers check the oil themselves

The aperture is cut to your bottle: a tall slim rectangle for 30ml dropper glass, a shorter panel for 15ml, or a shaped cut that follows the label outline.
Window film, or an open cut
Standard windows are patched with 0.1mm PET film glued from the inside so the front edge stays invisible. For fully recyclable packs we can leave the window open, sized smaller than the bottle so nothing slips out, or use compostable PLA film. Each option is priced separately so you can weigh cost against your recycling claim.
Keeping the bottle steady behind the cut
Removing board from a panel removes some strength, so the base gets a die-cut insert and the side walls keep a wider glue flap. A fluted kraft cradle holds the bottle upright and stops it sliding into the dropper end. Cartons run on 350gsm SBS for bright colour or recycled kraft for a natural range, both with soy-based inks.
Compliance copy and finishing
The window takes front panel space, so we plan the layout early: brand and strength beside the cut, then batch code, CBD per serving, warnings and the certificate of analysis QR on the back. The QR sits at 20mm on an unvarnished patch so it scans first time.
Finishes include matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV and foil on the logo.
