CBD Oil Seal-End Cartons

A closed carton for packing lines

A tuck flap suits hand packing, but some filling lines need a carton that closes with adhesive. CBD oil seal-end cartons provide broad glue panels at the top and bottom, leaving the sides available for your artwork. The burgundy example shows the panels before sealing; the finished pack is sized around the bottle with its dropper fitted.

The bottle should sit below the closing area rather than push against it. A folded card support can steady the base, while a neck collar is worth discussing for tall glass bottles. These supports reduce movement; they do not replace a transit test or make the carton leakproof.

Plan the print around the closure

Keep logos and small copy clear of glue zones. The front can carry the product name and strength, with ingredients, directions and your approved warnings on the remaining panels. Leave a separate area for variable batch information instead of printing codes over dark artwork. SBS gives a smooth printed surface; folding boxboard is another option to compare.

Share the bottle and packing method

For a quote, send the bottle diameter, total capped height, order quantity and whether cartons will be closed by hand or machine. Start from 50 boxes. A dieline and digital mockup help you check panel positions before approval. Adhesive, board and final dimensions need agreement before the production run.
