CBD Oil Fold-Flat Gift Boxes

A gift set without a permanently assembled box

Two tincture bottles make a practical gift set, but the packaging still needs a sensible storage footprint. A fold-flat CBD oil gift box can be assembled when the order is packed rather than occupying its finished volume in the stockroom. The sage concept uses a hinged lid and two separate bottle seats.

Choose the insert using actual capped bottles. The seat depth affects how much label is visible and whether a customer can lift the bottle without pulling out the entire tray. Different bottle diameters may need different openings even when both bottles hold the same volume.

Give each bottle a clear place

A divider keeps glass surfaces apart and helps the set look orderly when opened. Printed identification beneath each seat is useful if the bottles carry different strengths or flavours. The inside lid can hold a short brand note, while essential product information remains on the bottles and outer panels where required.

Avoid loading the hinge crease with dense foil or artwork that depends on exact alignment. Ask to see the folded proof, not just the flat design.

Check assembly before ordering

Send the two bottle measurements and explain how the set will travel. Gift presentation and courier protection are different jobs, so an outer shipper may still be needed. Orders start at 50 boxes; request a dieline and mockup to review the insert and assembly sequence. The final locking tabs and board choice should be confirmed with your packing team.
