CBD Oil Paper Tube Boxes

A round pack for a small tincture bottle

Paper tube boxes give a travel-size CBD oil bottle a different shelf shape from a standard folding carton. The white and teal example uses a lift-off cap, a cylindrical body and a small amber dropper bottle. It is a packaging concept, not a statement that every 10ml bottle shares those dimensions.

The tube's internal diameter must accommodate the widest part of the capped bottle. A base pad and fitted insert can keep the bottle from dropping too far inside. Leave enough exposed cap for retrieval so the customer does not have to tip the tube upside down.

Design for the curved label area

A wraparound print offers useful space, but a curved surface changes how text is read. Put the main product name on one facing area and arrange longer copy in short panels. Check barcode and QR placement on a physical sample; a code that works on a flat screen may be harder to scan when wrapped tightly.

Matte paper wraps and selective foil are options to discuss. Material layers and coatings affect how the finished tube can be recycled locally, so avoid an unqualified environmental claim.

Quote the complete tube construction

Share capped height, diameter, preferred cap overlap and quantity. Ask for the insert and tube wall construction to be included in the quote. The minimum is 50 units. Review the dieline and digital mockup, then agree fit and finish before placing a production order.
