We build the base as a double-wall tray with a locking foot so the whole unit cannot rock, and run a corrugated spine up the back to carry shelf load into the base rather than into the side panels.

Standard height is 1400 to 1600mm, which puts the top shelf at comfortable reach and keeps the header above shelf-line so it reads down an aisle. Footprint is usually 400 by 300mm because that fits most retailers' floor plan allowance.

Everything ships flat. Assembly is designed for one person in under three minutes with no tools, because store staff will abandon anything more complicated and the stand ends up unbuilt.
