Litho printing on a stand that has to stay flat
Litho printed display stands give you photographic print quality on a structure strong enough to hold stock. The sheet is offset printed on 150gsm to 200gsm art paper, laminated to E-flute or B-flute corrugated board, then die cut. That build keeps colour flat and even across large panels, which direct-to-board printing struggles to do on fluted stock.
We use it for counter units, shelf trays, half pallet displays and floor stands where the artwork is a photograph or a large solid brand colour.
Structure sized to real stock weight
Every stand is engineered around your product weight, facings and shelf count. Shelf decks are double-walled or fitted with hidden support tabs so they do not bow after a week in store. Uprights lock with tabs rather than glue where retailers need flat-pack assembly, and we mark the fold sequence on the inside so staff build it the same way each time.
Load testing is done with your product, not a sample brick, and we report the deflection so you can decide on facings per shelf.
Retail compliance and packing
Header cards, side wings and shelf strips can all be printed in the same run so the branding matches. Stands ship flat in a printed shipper with an assembly sheet, which cuts freight cost and keeps corners clean. Barcodes and store instructions go on the shipper face.
Finish options and ordering
Choose matte or gloss lamination for scuff resistance, aqueous varnish for a recyclable finish, or spot UV to highlight a product shot. Pantone matching keeps repeat runs consistent across seasonal campaigns.
