A floor display box is the simplest way to move volume: a deep printed bin at floor level that shoppers dig through. It works for anything cheap and grabbable, and it fails badly for anything that needs to be presented neatly.

The engineering is all in the base. A dump bin full of stock can carry 30kg, and that load sits directly on the floor panel, so we build a double-wall base tray with locking corners rather than a folded flat bottom. Above that the walls are usually B-flute, printed on the outside and the inside top band, because the inside of the front wall is visible when the bin is half empty.

Height matters for reach. Around 900mm to the rim suits most adults; go higher and shoppers cannot see the bottom of the bin, which stops them digging.
