Hook merchandising is unforgiving. The whole weight of the pack hangs on a slot a few millimetres wide, and once that slot tears the product is on the floor and off sale.

We reinforce every hang point. The top 50mm of the panel is double layered and the euro slot is die-cut through both plies, which roughly triples the tear resistance compared with a single-ply slot. For heavier packs we add a self-adhesive hang tab rated to 2kg instead.

The other half of the job is presentation. A hanging box is seen from the front only, so we keep artwork weighted to the top third where it sits at eye level on a peg wall, and we cut the aperture, if there is one, below the branding rather than through it.
