We build these from 2 mm greyboard with hand-wrapped corners and a lid that drops the last few millimetres slowly as air escapes. That resistance is a function of tolerance, and it is the difference between a premium box and a stiff one.

Wraps run from uncoated fine paper through soft-touch laminate to full-colour litho. Uncoated stocks show fingerprints less and feel warmer, which is why most fragrance brands choose them over gloss.

Inside, a die-cut cradle holds the candle central and can be extended with recesses for matches, a trimmer or a folded scent card. Minimum order is 100 boxes and production runs 12 to 14 business days after proof approval.
