Foil needs simple artwork. Thin strokes below about 0.4 pt fill in, and very large solid areas can show hot spots. We check your logo against the die before quoting and tell you if a line weight needs adjusting.

Combining foil with a deboss in the same pass presses the metal slightly into the surface, which gives depth you can feel. Minimum order is 100 boxes and lead time is 12 to 14 business days.
