Pillar candles are top-heavy, so the carton has to do two jobs. It has to stand without tipping on a shelf and it has to stop the wax from sliding when the box goes on its side in a parcel.

We solve both with a deeper base panel and a scored internal stop that sits under the candle. The carton is 350gsm board, tall format, and prints edge to edge so a full-height pattern wraps all four panels without a visible break at the fold.

Pillar wax scuffs easily against uncoated board, so we line the inside with a smooth coated face by default. It costs almost nothing and it keeps the candle looking hand-finished when the customer slides it out.
