Textured, layered and colour-poured pillars lose their appeal inside a closed box. A vertical window strip running most of the carton height shows the candle end to end, which is the fastest way to explain a hand-poured product without a word of copy.

We keep at least 12 mm of board on each side of the cut and step the stock up to 400gsm, because a tall narrow window removes a lot of panel strength. On runs over 5,000 we can also add a reinforcing score behind the film.

The window is backed with clear PET as standard. If you want the carton to stay fully recyclable, we can leave the cut open and add a card strip at the top to keep the candle from sliding out.

Print wraps the remaining panels, so there is still room for scent notes, burn time and safety copy on the reverse. Minimum order is 100 cartons with 8 to 10 business days production.
