Skincare cartons carry more information than almost any other beauty pack. Ingredients, PAO symbol, batch code, net weight and a warning line all have to fit and still stay readable. We lay the panels out around that copy first, then fit your brand artwork around it, which avoids the usual last-minute redesign.

Board is 350gsm SBS as standard, with a bright white face that holds soft pastel brand palettes without going grey. If your shade is a specific Pantone, we match it on press rather than approximating it in CMYK.

Straight tuck end suits hand packing. If you fill on a line, an auto-bottom or a crash-lock base speeds things up and holds a heavier glass bottle more safely.

Batch codes can be inkjetted in line or left as a clear varnish-free window so your filler can stamp them. Minimum order is 100 cartons and production is 8 to 10 business days after proof approval.

We usually recommend 16pt-22pt board as a starting point, then adjust after a sample. Heavier contents move to corrugated; luxury lines move to rigid with a printed wrap.

Printing and Finishing Choices for Skincare Boxes

Printing is offset for large runs and digital for short ones, both in CMYK with Pantone matching when a brand colour has to be exact. Inside printing costs little and reads as a real detail at unboxing.

On top of that: matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV, hot foil in gold, silver, rose gold or matte black, embossing and debossing. Two finishes usually do more than four - a soft-touch base with a foil logo is the combination most brands settle on.
