Custom Cream Jar Boxes

A glass cream jar is heavy, round and unforgiving. Left loose in a square carton it rolls, chips at the rim and arrives with the lid loosened. The fix is a paperboard cradle cut to the jar diameter so the jar sits in one position from filling to unboxing.

We build the insert from the same board family as the carton, so the whole pack recycles together with no foam or plastic tray to separate. On heavier 100ml glass we switch to a corrugated cradle for extra crush resistance.

The carton itself is short and wide, which gives you a large top panel. Most brands use it for a debossed logo or a spot UV mark, since that is the face the customer sees first when the box is opened in a shipper.

Send us the jar diameter and shoulder height and we will build the dieline around it. Minimum is 100 cartons with 8 to 10 business days production.
