The base is usually E-flute corrugated for strength, wrapped or printed directly depending on the look you want. Corrugated takes the weight of four full bottles without bowing in the middle, which a folding carton at this size cannot do reliably.

Sets ship on their own more often than single products, so we test the pack at courier drop heights and add a corner buffer if the glass sits close to the wall. That is usually the difference between a clean delivery and a leaking parcel.

Cavity layouts are cut to your exact bottle set, so send us the full lineup with dimensions. Minimum order is 100 boxes with 10 to 12 business days production.
