We build on 2mm greyboard with a soft-touch or uncoated fine paper wrap. Inside, you can choose EVA foam for the tightest fit or a moulded paper cradle if you want the pack to stay single material for recycling.

Silver or gold foil on an ivory wrap is the standard luxury combination, but a blind deboss on textured stock often reads more expensive because it makes people touch the box.

Rigid boxes need longer on press and in assembly, so plan for 12 to 14 business days. Minimum order is 100 boxes, and we always send a physical sample before the full run.
