Extension packaging has two jobs at once. It has to hang straight on a rail without buckling, and it has to look worth the price on a salon shelf. We build the carton around the length of your bundles rather than dropping you into a stock size, so the hair sits flat and the front panel stays crisp.

The usual board is 350gsm SBS. It is stiff enough to carry 100 to 300 grams of hair on a euro hook without the hang hole tearing, and the bright white face keeps skin tones and shade swatches accurate when you print them.

Shade name, length, texture and weight all need a place on the box. We lay those out on a side panel or a small printed area on the back so the front stays clean for your logo, and we can add a barcode or a scratch panel for authenticity codes at the same time.

Every order includes a free dieline, a digital proof and a physical sample before we run. Minimum is 100 cartons, production is 8 to 10 business days after approval.
