Gloss tubes are lighter and shorter than bullets, so the carton needs different proportions and usually a hang tab for peg display. We cut the box to the tube plus 2mm of clearance, which stops the applicator rattling without making the pack look oversized.

Board is 300 to 350gsm depending on whether the box hangs or sits. Hanging packs get the heavier stock and a reinforced punch so the tab does not tear under repeated handling.

Gloss packaging tends to lean pastel and pearlescent. Those colours are the hardest to hold consistently, so we print them as spot colours and, where the finish calls for it, run a pearlescent board rather than trying to fake the shimmer with ink.

Small cartons are cheap to run in volume, and the price per unit drops sharply above 500. Minimum order is 100 with 8 to 10 business days production.
