Sizes, Board and Grease Resistance

We match the base to your cake drum so the board sits flat with no rocking, then set the depth to your tallest decoration. For heavier cakes we move to a thicker board or double-wall corrugated base, and lids get a locking edge so they stay square when a driver stacks two boxes.

Food-safe stock is standard. Where a buttercream or ganache cake will sit for hours, we add a grease-resistant coating that keeps the print clean instead of letting oil bloom through the panel.
