Custom Macaron Boxes That Protect a Fragile Shell
Macarons crack if they can move. Our custom macaron boxes use a fitted insert and a controlled internal height so each shell sits in its own cavity and arrives with the feet and filling intact.
Cavity Fit and Delivery-Ready Builds
We build 6, 12, 18 and 24-piece inserts around your actual shell diameter, since a 3.5cm and a 4.5cm macaron need different cavities. Depth is set so the lid clears the shell without pressing on it.
For courier orders we add a corrugated outer or a rigid two-piece box with a snug insert, which keeps knocks away from the product instead of transferring straight through the wall.

Finish Options for a Premium Price Point
Macaron packaging usually sells at a gift price, so the box has to look the part. Soft-touch matte lamination, foil stamping, embossing and spot gloss are all available, and pastel brand colours are Pantone-matched so they stay exact across runs.
Flavour labels, allergen text and best-before panels are laid out in advance so nothing is added by hand later. Minimum 50 boxes, free dieline and 3D mockup, food-safe and recyclable stock as standard.
