The problem with most donut boxes is height. Squeeze a glazed ring into a shallow carton and the topping ends up printed on the inside of the lid before the customer gets home. We build ours 75mm deep as standard, which clears a raised or filled donut without touching.

Board is food-grade with a grease-resistant coating on the inside face. That coating matters more than people expect: uncoated kraft soaks up frying oil within an hour and the box goes translucent and soft at the base.

Printing is where a donut shop gets recognised. One or two spot colours on natural kraft is the most ordered look because it prints cleanly and costs less per box, but full CMYK is available if your brand runs on photography or bold flat colour.

Every quote includes a free dieline and a digital proof before print. Minimum order is 100 boxes and production takes 8 to 10 business days after artwork approval.
