The board is 350gsm kraft with a food-safe inner coating so butter does not darken the panels within a day. The coating is invisible from the outside, so the box still reads as plain unbleached card on a shelf.

We size these around a stack of six, eight or twelve cookies with a snug depth so the stack does not rattle and crumble. If your cookies vary in thickness, tell us the range and we cut to the tallest.
