A printed sleeve is the most cost-effective way to brand a soap bar. It uses less board than a full box, shows the soap itself and still gives you a full wraparound print area for your brand and ingredients.
Sleeve Fit and Bar Exposure
Sleeves have to be exact — a few millimetres loose and it slides off in a basket. We measure your cured bar's width and depth and set the sleeve circumference to hold friction without scuffing the soap surface.
Choose how much bar you show: a narrow band for maximum visibility, a wide wrap for more print space, or a sleeve plus inner wrap when the soap is unwrapped and needs a barrier.

Print, Compliance and Small Runs
Even on a narrow sleeve you need ingredients, weight, batch and warnings. We plan the wrap so the front band stays clean and the regulatory text lands on the back where it is legible rather than crammed.
Kraft, white and recycled stock all work, printed with soy-based inks in matte, gloss or uncoated. Sleeves are ideal for testing scents at low volume — order from 100 per design, with a free dieline and mockup so multiple scents launch together.
