Amenity and spa soap is judged in a second, usually in poor bathroom lighting. Foil is what survives that: a metallic mark on a dark sleeve catches the light when nothing else in the design does.
We stamp real foil rather than printing metallic ink. The difference shows on small logos, where foil holds a clean edge and metallic ink goes flat and slightly grey. Gold, rose gold, copper, silver and holographic are all stocked.
The sleeve itself is a coated 350gsm stock in a deep colour, matte laminated so the foil has something to shine against. Soft-touch lamination is worth the small extra if the sleeve will be handled.
Foil dies are one-off charges and we include them in the quoted price. Minimum 100 sleeves, 9 to 11 business days because of the extra stamping pass.
