A plain band hides the part of the soap people actually want to see. A shaped cut-out solves it: the sleeve keeps carrying your branding while a curve, circle or leaf opening frames the swirl in the bar.

We place the cut-out so it lands on the strongest part of the bar face, not across a corner. That means checking your soap photos as well as the dimensions, and it is the difference between a window that looks designed and one that looks accidental.

Structurally, a cut-out weakens the band, so we increase the board to 350gsm and keep at least 10mm of paper either side of the opening. The sleeve still slides on smoothly and holds its shape on a shelf.

The die cost is included in your quote, along with a dieline and a fit sample. Minimum 100 sleeves, 7 to 9 business days.

On top of that: matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV, hot foil in gold, silver, rose gold or matte black, embossing and debossing. Two finishes usually do more than four - a soft-touch base with a foil logo is the combination most brands settle on.
