A sleeve uses roughly a third of the board a full carton needs, which is why so many soap brands move to one as soon as volumes climb. It wraps the bar, carries the whole label, and leaves both ends open so the customer can see and smell the product before buying.

Fit is everything with a sleeve. Too loose and it slides off in a basket, too tight and it splits at the glue seam when you push the bar through. We build the die from your bar's real measurements including the cure shrinkage you should expect.

Print runs edge to edge across the front, spine and back, so the sleeve reads well however it sits on a shelf. The glue seam is placed on the back where it will not cut through your artwork.
