Board, Fit and Breathability
Standard 4oz and 5oz bars, tall shampoo bars and chunky rustic cuts all get their own dieline, measured from your cured bar rather than the mould size. That avoids the loose fit that makes a handmade bar look mass produced.
Uncoated kraft lets a bar breathe, which matters for freshly cured soap. Where you need extra strength for retail handling we move up in board weight without changing the natural finish.

Print That Suits Uncoated Stock
Kraft absorbs ink differently to white board, so we adjust artwork for it. One or two-colour print, black line work and white ink all sit well on kraft, and we proof colour on the actual stock so what you approve is what you receive.
Ingredient lists, weight, batch codes and cure dates get their own panel. Printed with soy-based inks on recycled, plastic-free board that customers can put straight in the recycling. Orders open at 50 boxes, and nothing prints until you have approved the dieline and 3D mockup.
