Most soap makers start here. A brown kraft carton costs very little, folds by hand in a few seconds, and the unbleached board already looks like the product inside: simple, honest, made in small batches.

We cut the box around your actual bar rather than a stock size. A 100g rectangular bar and a chunky 140g slab need different depths, and a box that is 4mm too wide lets the soap rattle and rub its edges off before it reaches the customer.

The board is 350gsm kraft as standard. It holds a crease cleanly, takes a one or two colour soy ink print without the ink sinking, and still glues well if you prefer to stick your own labels on instead of printing.

You get a free dieline and a digital proof with every quote, the minimum order is 100 boxes, and production runs 8 to 10 business days once you approve artwork.
