Window Shape, Film and Placement
Round, arched, rectangular and custom-shape windows are all available. We position the cut-out based on how your bar is cut, so a swirl or embed sits centred instead of half hidden by board.
Film is optional. Clear PET or PLA film keeps dust off retail stock, while an open cut-out lets scent carry and keeps the pack fully recyclable — a common choice for natural brands.

Print Around the Cut-Out
A window removes print area, so layout matters. We build artwork around the aperture with safe margins, keeping ingredient panels and batch codes on unobstructed faces so nothing important sits near a cut edge.
Printed on recycled or FSC-certified board with soy-based inks, matte, gloss or uncoated finish, and Pantone matching for repeat runs. Minimum 50 boxes per size, with a free dieline and 3D mockup approved before we print.
