We size the window against the bar face and keep a 12mm board frame around it so the carton stays square when it is stacked. Window position matters too, and we push it slightly above centre because that is where the eye lands on a shelf.

The film is a 200 micron clear patch, glued on the inside so no edge shows from the front. It keeps dust off the bar and slows scent loss, which matters on a slow-moving retail line.
