The full front flap magnetic box is the format most brands mean when they say premium packaging. The lid folds down over the front, two concealed magnets pull it shut, and the whole thing feels engineered rather than folded.

We size the flap so it covers the front face completely with a 2mm overhang, which hides any slight variation in the base wall and gives the magnets a consistent landing point.

Strength is set by lid weight, not by preference. A large lid with a heavy foil wrap needs more pull than a small plain one, and we test the exact combination on the sample before running.
