Rigid boxes normally ship assembled, and you pay to move a lot of air. On a large order that freight difference can exceed the cost of the boxes themselves.
Collapsible magnetic boxes solve it. The walls fold flat for shipping and storage, then snap up into a full rigid box in about four seconds using the same concealed magnets that hold the lid.
There is a trade-off. The folding corners are the weak point, so we reinforce them with an extra board layer and we do not recommend this format for products over about 3kg.
