Shaped units are a structural problem before they are a graphics problem. Every curve removes material that was doing a job, so we work backwards from the load: where the shape cuts into a load-bearing panel we add an internal folded strut so the unit still carries stock without bowing.

Tooling is the cost driver. A shaped die is a one-off charge, so shaped units make sense on repeat campaigns or larger runs rather than a single small promotion.

All of it is curbside recyclable, and we can quote FSC-certified board or post-consumer waste content if your packaging claims need it.

Printing and Finishing Choices for Shaped PDQ Units

We print digitally under a few thousand units and move to offset above that, so colour holds without paying plate costs on a small first order. Spot Pantone inks are available for brand-critical shades.

On top of that: matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV, hot foil in gold, silver, rose gold or matte black, embossing and debossing. Two finishes usually do more than four - a soft-touch base with a foil logo is the combination most brands settle on.
