The body is single wall E-flute board. It stays light for postage but keeps its shape when a courier stacks a pallet on top. Locking tabs hold the lid shut without tape, and the crease lines are scored deep enough that your packing team can fold a box in about five seconds.

Print is up to you. Plain kraft works if you want a quiet look, one colour keeps costs down, and full CMYK covers the whole outside and inside if you want the unboxing to feel finished. Every order comes with a free dieline and a printed proof before we run the job.

Standard sizes run from small 150 x 150 x 50 mm mailers up to 400 mm long parcels, and we can go outside that range on request. Minimum order is 100 boxes, and production takes 8 to 10 business days after proof approval.
