Mugs break when they touch
Most broken mugs in the post do not crack from a drop. They crack because two mugs knock into each other again and again on the way. A divider stops that. Each mug sits in its own cell, and the card walls take the knocks instead of the glaze.
We size each cell around your mug with the handle on. A handle can add 30mm or more to the width, so we always ask for the full measurement, not the cup size.
Pick the right board
E-flute works well for one or two light mugs. For sets of four or six, or heavy stoneware, we suggest B-flute. It is a little thicker but much harder to crush.
Easy to pack on a busy day
The dividers slot in by hand, so your team can pack fast without tape. The lid tucks shut and holds firm. You can print your logo on the lid or keep a clean kraft look.
