White Corrugated Mailer Boxes with Pulp Inserts

Clean white outside, soft hold inside

A white mailer looks bright and fresh when the customer opens it. Inside, a moulded pulp tray holds the bottle in a shaped pocket. The pulp gives a little when the box gets a knock, so the glass does not take the shock.

Pulp is made from recycled paper. It goes in the paper bin with the box, so your customer has no foam or plastic to throw away.

Shaped to your bottle

We shape the pocket around your real bottle, cap and all. A snug fit matters. If the bottle can move, even a soft insert will not stop it from hitting the wall. Please send us a sample bottle if you can. It helps us get the depth just right.

Print that stays sharp

White board shows colour better than kraft. A one-colour logo looks crisp, and full colour prints bright. Inside print is also an option if you want a short note on the lid.
