The dieline decides how the box feels
A custom vape packaging box design starts on paper, not in Photoshop. Before any artwork is placed we build the die line around the device: pen length, cartridge diameter, charger, card, and the space a shrink band needs. Get that wrong and the box either rattles or refuses to close, and no amount of foil fixes it.
You receive a flat dieline as a print-ready file plus a 3D mockup that rotates, so you can see how panels meet at the corners before committing to plate.
Layout choices for a luxury vape box
Most brands pick one of three layouts. A straight tuck end carton with a printed insert keeps unit cost low and stacks well on shelf. A rigid magnetic box with a foam or greyboard cradle suits limited editions and gift sets. A sleeve and tray gives you two printed surfaces and a slow reveal when the tray slides out.

Compliance and small print
Vape cartons carry nicotine or hemp warnings, batch codes, strength and a scan code. We place the warning block on a flat panel at a legible size, keep the QR at 20mm with a quiet border, and leave varnish off the code area so scanners read it first time. Serial or batch numbers can be inkjetted inline during production.
