Lift-off lid boxes use a separate cover rather than a magnetic hinged closure. The navy concept presents a single CBD vape pen in a long fitted seat, with a fine silver line on the lid. The device becomes visible as the cover is lifted away.

Lid depth affects both appearance and opening. A full-depth lid hides the base almost completely, while a shallower cover leaves a visible lower edge. Discuss the preferred overlap alongside the device dimensions rather than treating it as an artwork decision later.

Make retrieval comfortable

The insert should support the body while leaving a practical way to lift the pen. A finger recess can be more useful than a tightly cut slot that grips the entire device. Mouthpieces and protective caps need their own clearance.

Wrapped edges need a physical check

Paper-wrapped rigid board gives a firm structure, but artwork must account for edge turns and corners. Keep a narrow logo away from those folds. Matte paper, small foil details and printed wraps are options to compare on a sample. The pack is not a child-resistant closure without a separately specified, tested mechanism.
