A sliding reveal for a single vape pen

A sleeve and tray separates the outer artwork from the device seat. The lime and white concept shows the sleeve partly withdrawn, exposing a dark vape pen in the inner tray. It is a different opening experience from a tuck-end carton and can keep the device orientation consistent.

Measure the pen with its mouthpiece and any protective cap attached. The tray needs enough clearance to move without scraping the device, but not so much that it tips inside. A finger notch or pull tab can make opening easier.

Keep the sleeve legible

Put the main product name on the broad face and plan approved strength, warning and disposal information before decorating the smaller panels. A sliding sleeve needs a defined overlap area; artwork that crosses the join can look misaligned once opened.

Choose the insert with the device

Folded card seats are an option for a paper-based layout. Discuss cut-outs for irregular devices instead of forcing a generic rectangular cavity. This structure is not child-resistant unless a separate, tested mechanism is specified; the sliding action alone is not a certification.

Provide capped length, widest dimensions, packed weight and quantity. Start from 50 boxes, with a dieline and digital mockup for review. Check tray travel and device retrieval before approving the production version.
