Straight tuck end works best for shelf display because both flaps close on the back. Reverse tuck end is quicker to fill by hand and cheaper to run, which suits online-only ranges.
Sizing around the pouch, not the guess
Pouches settle and spread once filled, so we size the carton from a filled sample rather than the flat pouch. Typical inners run 3 x 2 x 1 inch up to 5 x 3.5 x 1.5 inch. For jars we add a die-cut base pad so the glass sits level and the lid does not push against the top crease.
Space for flavour, dose and the legal block
Gummy buyers scan for flavour and mg per piece first. We keep those two facts on the front panel with real contrast, then push ingredients, batch code, warnings and the certificate of analysis QR to the back and side. The QR stays at 20mm on an unvarnished patch so it scans without a retry, and legal copy holds at 7pt minimum.

Choose 350gsm SBS for saturated fruit colours, or 350gsm recycled kraft with soy inks for a natural range. Food-safe coatings are standard. Finishes include matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch film, spot UV on the logo, and foil in gold, silver or holographic.
